According to recommendation of University Grants Commission (UGC) New Delhi and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) we have established the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at AKS University for quality enhancement and excellence in higher education. IQAC is the integral part of university. The prime task of IQAC is to develop systems (IQACS) and processes (IQACP) for consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of university in teaching, learning, research, innovation, entrepreneurship and administration. The constitution of the IQAC underlines our dedication to enhance quality of university education, excellence and be a global institution of learning research and innovation. All members of IQAC are nominated as per the prescribed guideline of the UGC and NAAC.

Maintaining the momentum of quality consciousness is crucial in universities. IQAC strives to establish and nurture the sustainable quality culture at the university. IQAC involves in planning, guiding, implementing, validation and monitoring the quality assurance (QA) and quality enhancement (QE) activities at university and foster the excellence. IQAC is also driving force for applying intervention strategies to overhaul perform and promote the highest quality education at university.

IQAC plays a pivotal role in ensuring that quality of our academic programmes, research, innovation and administrative processes which are in line with the highest global standard. The prime objective of the IQAC is to forefront various initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance and academic excellence of the AKS University. I believe and trust that IQAC would surely perform by developing effective strategic long term (5-10 years), midterm (3-4 years and short term(1-2 years) and it’s a proper execution in stipulated period and further its exhaustive and continuous evaluation based on the set benchmarks for achieving overall the academic excellence.

Quality assurance is a continuous process. The relevant and updated curricula through initiative of IQAC keeps evolving with learning requirements of current and prospective students as per guidelines of National Education Policy (NEP 2020). We will continue to identify the scope of further improvement with the feedback from all stakeholders, and act accordingly to build a better future of our university and students communities as well as contribute to the socio- economic development of the nation. Established IQAC would enable fulfillment and attainment of objectives by continuously assessing performance, recognizing the quality of education, and progression of the benchmarks to step up the standard of education.

I am looking forward to all members of IQAC of our AKS university to establish a vibrant work culture by actively and whole heartedly participating and supporting all activities of IQAC and also strive collectively through various newer initiative of IQAC towards the accomplishment of quality enhancement and academic excellence. I wish to interact more vigorously and regularly with functioning of IQAC which will expedite its all functions. I wish best of luck for IQAC of AKS university .
