The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of AKS university is a crucial entity that oversees and ensures
the quality of education, research, and administrative processes within the institution. Here’s a
comprehensive overview of its functions and responsibilities :

    • Formulation and Implementation of Quality Policies: The IQAC is responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing policies and procedures related to quality assurance in all aspects of the university's functioning.
    • Quality Monitoring and Evaluation: It establishes mechanisms for continuous monitoring and evaluation of academic programs, teaching-learning processes, research activities, and administrative functions to ensure compliance with quality standards and benchmarks.
    • Accreditation Preparation: The IQAC plays a pivotal role in preparing the university for accreditation by external agencies, ensuring adherence to accreditation criteria, and coordinating the preparation of self-assessment reports.
    • Data Collection and Analysis: It collects, analyzes, and interprets data on various parameters such as student performance, faculty credentials, infrastructure, and feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and facilitate evidence-based decision-making.
    • Internal Audits and Reviews: The IQAC conducts periodic internal audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of quality assurance measures, identify gaps or deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
